We understand that sometimes a plant may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make things right. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as green-thumb-friendly as possible!

1. Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the plants. Please note that due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

2. Non-Returnable Items

While we stand behind our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:

  • Cassia Plants – These are particularly sensitive to environmental changes and may not survive transit again.
  • Asparagus Plants (edible varieties) – Due to agricultural and food safety regulations.
  • Any plant that has been planted, repotted, or significantly altered from its original state.
  • Plants that are part of a seasonal or limited-time promotion (as noted at time of purchase).

3. Condition of Returned Plants

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The plant must be in its original container with original soil.
  • It should not show signs of neglect, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Please include your original order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Your Return: Securely package the plant(s) using similar protective materials. Include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at 882 Plantation Way, Montgomery, US 36117. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the plant and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

5. Refund Timelines and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement plant.

7. Special Considerations for Live Plants

We package our plants with extreme care to ensure they arrive healthy. However, live plants can experience stress during shipping. If your plant appears wilted or slightly stressed upon arrival, please give it proper care (water, appropriate light) for 2-3 days before requesting a return. Many plants bounce back beautifully with a little TLC!

Note: We cannot be responsible for plants that perish due to improper care, extreme weather conditions after delivery, or if they are not brought indoors during unsuitable weather (for outdoor plants).
